Matthew Carey is the co-founder and CEO of Teradar, a technology company pioneering terahertz imaging for next-generation automotive sensing. With a background in robotics and electro-mechanical engineering, he has led company strategy and product innovation since Teradar's founding in 2021.

Matthew previously directed product management for advanced sensing at Humatics. He also held engineering and leadership roles at General Dynamics, Rethink Robotics, and L3Harris Technologies. His current work focuses on all-weather, high-resolution imaging to advance safer and smarter automotive mobility solutions.
